This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how ThatStoreIndia handles cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges for orders placed on https://thatstoreindia.com/.

We aim to keep the process clear and fair. Every order is checked before dispatch and packed carefully.

## Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting us immediately with your order number.

Cancellation may be approved if the order has not been packed, processed, sourced, customized, or handed over to the courier.

If cancellation is approved for a prepaid order, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method.

## Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you do not want the product after dispatch, it will be treated as a return request and handled under this policy.

Shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway charges, and other service charges may not be refundable.

## Pre-Order or Specially Sourced Product Cancellation

Pre-order, specially sourced, made-on-request, or limited availability products may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed, sourced, processed, or dispatched, because they are arranged specifically for the customer.

Any cancellation approval for such products will be at our discretion.

## Return Window

You can request a return within 3 days of delivery only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, invoice, and box intact wherever applicable.

## Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear unboxing video is strongly recommended for every order. For damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective product claims, an unboxing video may be required for verification.

Claims without proper proof may be rejected.

## Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the package and label
- Unboxing video
- Short description of the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution depending on the case.

## Size-Related Returns and Exchanges

Size-related returns are generally not accepted because products may be sourced, packed, or processed specifically for your order. Customers must check size details before placing an order.

If a size exchange is possible, we may assist, but it is not guaranteed and may depend on availability, product condition, and approval.

## Non-Returnable Items

Returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be accepted for:

- Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged products
- Products without tags, packaging, accessories, invoice, or box
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Size issues unless specifically approved
- Products returned after the allowed period
- Final sale, clearance sale, or non-returnable items
- Pre-order, specially sourced, or made-on-request products unless damaged, defective, or incorrect

## Refund Process

Once a return is approved and the product is received by us, it will be inspected. After successful inspection, eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds are usually made to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds may be processed through UPI or bank transfer.

Bank/payment gateway timelines may take additional time after the refund is initiated.

## Non-Refundable Charges

The following may be non-refundable:

- Shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- COD charges
- Payment gateway charges
- Open box delivery charges, if any
- Any service charge already incurred

## Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, we may arrange reverse pickup where available. If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be asked to ship the product back.

Return shipping responsibility will depend on the reason for return and approval status.

## Rejection of Return or Refund

A request may be rejected if:

- It is raised after the allowed timeline
- Product is used, worn, damaged, altered, or missing parts
- Tags, packaging, invoice, accessories, or box are missing
- Required proof or unboxing video is not provided
- The issue cannot be verified
- The returned product does not match the original order
- The request violates this policy

## COD Refusal and Failed Delivery

If a COD order is confirmed and later refused, repeatedly missed, or not accepted, ThatStoreIndia may restrict COD access for future orders. Any advance payment collected for COD confirmation may be non-refundable if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
