Return Policy
At ThatStore, we believe in keeping things real from how we source to how we deliver. Every order is factory sourced, bubble wrapped, double boxed, and quality checked before it leaves our hands.
Sometimes, during transit, outer shoe boxes may get minor dents or scuffs. That is out of our control and not considered damage as long as your sneakers are safe and perfect inside.
If something is not right, we will always try to make it right. You can request a return within 3 days of delivery if your product is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and the box intact.
We always recommend recording your unboxing. It is the easiest way for our team to help fast if something is off.
Size related returns are not accepted, as each pair is sourced specifically for your order. If a size exchange is feasible, we will always try to make it happen, though it cannot be guaranteed.
Pre orders can sometimes face slight delays due to customs or logistics, but we will always keep you updated and make sure you receive what you ordered.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and order details. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after inspection. For COD orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.
Please note that shipping, return shipping, and open box delivery fees are non refundable.
